Neil Eldin, PhD - University of Houston
Dr. Neil Eldin teaches courses on construction management at the University of Houston, specifically in construction documents, construction management principles, construction planning and scheduling, and cost analysis and bidding. Before joining the University of Houston, Dr. Eldin taught at several schools including Purdue School of Engineering and Technology, Texas A&M University, the University of Wisconsin, and Oregon State University.
Dr. Eldin has also worked on several industrial projects focused on design, construction, and procurement. His research on construction projects and scheduling has appeared in peer-reviewed journals such as the International Journal of Information Technology, the International Journal of Cost Engineering, and the Journal of Construction Engineering and Management. In recognition of his outstanding contribution as an educator, he won the “Teacher of the Year” Award from Oregon State University and the “Outstanding Teaching Award” from Texas A&M University. Dr. Eldin completed his doctorate in civil engineering from Oklahoma State University, his master's in geotechnical engineering from McGill University, his master's in building science from Concordia University, and his bachelor's in civil engineering from Cairo University.
Todd L. Sirotiak, PhD - North Dakota State University
Dr. Todd L. Sirotiak is an associate professor at North Dakota State University.
